I met Meilin 3 1/2 years ago under quite unfortunate circumstances. She was a nurse at Miami Children’s Hospital in the Bone Marrow unit. My daughter was diagnosed with ITP in April of 2007 and began monthly visits to the Bone Marrow unit for treatments. Meilin quickly became our favorite nurse. She would go out of her way to be kind and even stay and visit with us after her shift was done. Last year Meilin went to work elsewhere so I had not seen her but fate intervened and we bumped into each other at a restaurant about 6 months ago. She asked me if I was available to photograph her wedding and voila.

Lissette, I am Meilin’s mom. The pictures are beautiful. I am so glad that you and Meilin bumped into each other again. Meilin could not have picked a better photographer than you. I can tell by these pictures that you put your love besides your profession in these pictures. Like I said before the pictures are beautiful.
Marisela, u are a ery special person, and for all the years I’ve known u, I learned that u are a very extraordinary MOM to both or ur girls, and this day must have been very amazing, I’m glad u shared these pictures with me. lots of luck and happiness and love to ur Mailin and her husband.
